Property Management Opportunity

This established and profitable long-time bingo venue makes for a very attractive investment opportunity.  Bingo, concessions, and cleaning are all outsourced. Currently the hall hosts 9 sessions (games) per week.  Bingo is played every day!  Many non-profits see bingo as an essential way to raise money for their worthy causes.  In addition to live bingo games, there are also pull tabs and concessions.

Located in West Michigan, this auditorium has been in business continuously for over 40 years and is a mainstay in the community. There is nothing needed to hit the ground running!
